I have a life well versed in the study of psychology, yoga, the interplay of Eastern medicine and Western science and the depths of the holistic and integrated practices of cultures around the world as well as the ties of their mythologies and metaphysics.

I have spent most of my life being counsel to others as well as for myself during frequent periods of deep reflection. I have been hesitant to ever hand the microscope over to another as I previously never thought I would meet anyone qualified with such mutual understanding.

I was intrigued by the fundamental cycle concept as I've collected a bag full of tools and practices that I have used to help myself and others through my lifetime and her approach seemed simultaneously fresh and ageless, very in tune with underlying (fundamental) rhythms and energies of our planet and integrating lessons from schools I hadn't delved.

What I experienced of it was Magic and helped me ground the explosive energy I had been waking into last summer. The group classes were incredible and I regret that in my path of growing myself, I missed a few.
